FinPrep does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device.
Nothing. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking. We operate no servers that receive your information.
All financial information you enter (income, expenses, debts, net worth, goals) is stored only on your device, encrypted at rest (AES-GCM with a key held in the device Keychain) and protected by iOS file protection. You may optionally require Face ID / Touch ID to open the app.
The only network request the app can make is an optional check for an updated public rate dataset (pay/allowance/tax tables). It sends no personal data — only downloads a public file — and the app works fully offline.
We do not share data with third parties. Files you choose to export (PDF, Excel, CSV) are handled entirely by you through the iOS share sheet; we never receive them.
FinPrep Pro is processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.
You can edit or delete your data anytime, or remove all of it by deleting the app.
